Dear Bobby,
I am an adult living with autism and I wrestle with a great deal of anxiety just to take my dog out for a walk. Last week, I put on my headphones and began listening to only “Don’t Worry Be Happy” on repeat and my walks are the best they have ever been and only getting better! The constant, positive message reinforcement of the lyrics and the uplifting sounds, is truly like medicine for my mind. God bless you, sir, and thank you for the wonderful, healing gift of your music.
